Za’atar Halloumi Fries
Crisp-edged halloumi fries with za’atar, sharp mint relish and tangled crispy onions. Salty, bright and built to disappear.
Whipped Feta & Beetroot
Tender dressed beetroot with bright dill and lemon, resting on a velvety bed of whipped feta and finished with toasted pine nuts and crisp nori flakes. Earthy, creamy and unapologetically bold.
Gochujang-Honey Carrots
Gochujang-honey roasted carrots over garlic and tahini white-bean cream, finished with sweet Aleppo pepper. Smoke, heat, sweetness and swagger.
Charred Broccoli
Tender broccoli florets with a rich char, tossed in garlic and chilli flakes, resting on a velvety bed of smoky chipotle yoghurt and finished with black sesame seeds. Green, smoky and gloriously messy.

Tomato, thyme and garlic focaccia served with butter flavoured with Marmite, black pepper and dill. Made for tearing, sharing and chasing every last streak of sauce.

Cucumber Garden Gimlet
Dry gin, cucumber, fresh lime and sugar. Short, cold and botanical, with a clean green edge.
Aleppo Grapefruit Paloma
Blanco tequila, pink grapefruit soda, lime and a whisper of Aleppo pepper. Long, bittersweet and built to reset the palate.
Basil & Honey Whisky Smash
